The CCIM Wisconsin chapter is now accepting nominations for the CCIM Institute Dealmakers Award program through Thursday, June 18th.
The Dealmakers Award program recognizes and celebrates the exceptional accomplishments of CCIM designees across five key commercial real estate sectors: Industrial, Office, Specialty, Retail, and Multifamily.
This is an opportunity to showcase impactful transactions, innovative strategies, and the deals helping shape our local, regional, and national commercial real estate markets. Winners at the local chapter level will be submitted to the national level for additional consideration through the CCIM Institute.

1.Who is eligible to participate?
All active CCIM designees who have completed qualifying transactions during the specified eligibility period are eligible to participate.
2.What documentation is required for submissions?
Completed submission forms must include a detailed deal summary, financial analysis, supporting documents, visual aids, and references. Chapters must include their local evaluation summaries for National consideration.
3.How are submissions evaluated?
Submissions are evaluated using a weighted rubric that assesses deal size, complexity, innovation, and market impact. Clear scoring guidelines ensure consistency across all levels of evaluation. Evaluations are conducted by a panel comprised of CCIM committee members and leadership
